Watkinstudio is a residential design studio founded by Christopher Brian Watkins and rooted in the belief that a home should feel both beautiful and deeply livable. The studio’s work is guided by simplicity, warmth, proportion, and a lasting respect for craftsmanship. 

I’m Christopher B. Watkins, founder of Watkinstudio. My background is in residential design, with a focus on homes that feel calm, refined, and shaped around the way people actually live. I’m especially drawn to warm natural materials, thoughtful detailing, and the connection between architecture, light, and landscape.

Over time, I found myself wanting to build a studio that felt more personal, more intentional, and more aligned with the kind of homes I believe in most. Watkinstudio grew from that desire.

Watkinstudio is built on professional experience in residential design, documentation, and collaboration with builders and project teams. While the studio is early in its independent growth, every project is approached with seriousness, care, and a commitment to thoughtful execution. Architectural licensure is currently in progress. 

The goal is simple: to create homes that feel enduring, personal, and quietly beautiful — spaces that support daily life while elevating it.
